Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MN Gifting TREE. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your designer bag, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Your bag must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your bag, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
